MELT®Method

The MELT Method is a hands-off self-care technique that uses soft rollers and specialized balls to gently work with the body's connective tissue, or fascia. Through mindful, intentional movements, MELT helps restore fluid flow, release accumulated tension and compression, and support greater mobility, stability, balance, and body awareness.

Unlike traditional foam rolling or stretching, MELT uses gentle techniques designed to work with your body rather than force it. It's an accessible practice for people of all ages and abilities and can be a wonderful complement to Pilates and your everyday movement routine.
